Good evening, Tournament Participants! Please share this with coaches, managers, parents, and friends accompanying your team.  A few comments before we get to the locations for each venue being used this weekend.

Our hope is that if all our guests follow the instructions, everyone will get to and from venues as well as locate accessible parking. This note is being sent to you to share with your families to include School addresses for GPS use for each of our Venues and parking instructions.  NOTE THAT GPS COORDINATES AND FACILITY ADDRESSES ARE ALSO ACCESSIBLE ON THE GOTSPORT LINK WE PREVIOUSLY SENT OUT.  PLEASE ACCESS THE FIELD TAB:

There will be Police Officers assigned to RHHS, Sunnycrest and Maxwell Parks:  

• PLEASE advise your teams to honor and respect signage, park only in clearly defined parking spaces, and park in authorized parking areas only.  
• Note the specific off street overflow parking instructions for MAXWELL PARK that are noted under the section provided for the Park below. 
• Note Grass parking is off limits except for Sunnycrest Park use must be adjacent/near paved parking area but at your own risk.  If they get stuck, they will need to pay for a tow to get them out…..  

We do not wish to see anyone receiving parking tickets & fines so please pay attention to the parking signs! 

For GPS users, here are the addresses for our 5 venues that we have for our 2 Cluster Groups:

CLUSTER WEST for all 7v7 teams:

• West Hill Elementary School Parking Instructions:
  • For GPS users the address for West Hill School is 95 Cronin Dr.
  • There are 2 Parking Lots for West Hill School.  There is ample parking at this venue
• Maxwell Park (MWP) Parking Instructions:
  • For GPS users the address for MWP is 60 Hayes Rd.  Access to the Park is at the Traffic light when you reach the location.
  • The Parking Lot for MWP is at the front of the park just as you access the Facility.
  • We strongly suggest that you consider Carpooling with others who are playing at this Venue.
  • There will be Rocky Hill Police presence to help control the traffic in and out for the field for most of the day.   
  • If the Parking Lot is Full, you will not be allowed to access the lot and will be directed to alternative parking.
  • Please note that there is NO PARKING allowed on Hayes Road.
  • Alternative MWP Parking:
    • One consideration is to park at West Hill Elementary, ¼ mile from MWP, and carpooling to this Venue.
    • You will be directed to side Street Parking.  Summer Lane is located 10-15 yards to the South Side of the Traffic light accessing Maxwell Park.  Off of Summer Lane there are two additional side streets to park on, Lavender Lane and Heather Hill.
    • Parking will not be allowed on Summer Lane from Hayes Rd to about 100 ft past Lavender Lane.  Until that point there are NO PARKING signs on both sides of the road on Summer Lane.  Thereafter, NO PARKING Signs will be on one side of the Road. 

·        In addition to parking on Summer Lane (about 100 ft past Lavender Lane), parking is available on ONE Side of Lavender Lane and Heather Hill (off of Lavender Lane).  

·        Please be aware of the signs on those roads and park in areas not posted with "no parking signs".

·        Parking on one side of the street is critical so that EMERGENCY Vehicles have access and can pass through. 

• The Traffic Light does have a Pedestrian Crossing Function and as noted previously, there will be an Officer there to assist also

CLUSTER EAST for all 9v9 & 11 teams (note a couple of 9v9 games are scheduled for Maxwell Park):

• Rocky Hill High School (RHHS) and Griswold Middle School (GMS) Parking Instructions:
  • You can access both the RHHS and GMS playing fields from both of these parking locations.
  • For GPS users, the address for RHHS is 50 Chapin Ave & for GMS it is 144 Bailey Rd
  • Parking lot for RHHS has limited parking in the back of the School.  There is adequate parking available in the front of the building.  There is a turn-around circle in the back of the school to drop off players and fans.  PLEASE do not park there.  These are fire lanes, and you will be ticketed and/or towed.  The circle areas are also being used by participants coming from other Cluster East venues to purchase Tournament Apparel. There is a 15-20 minute parking limit so please keep free for these folks.
  • Parking for GMS is in the front and side of the building.
• Sunnycrest Park (SCP) Parking Instructions:
  • For GPS users the address for SCP is 292 Parsonage St.
  • There are 2 Parking Lots for SCP for each of the entrances to the Park.  There is ample parking at this venue.
  • PLEASE pay attention to areas that may be blocked off for access points for venders and Tournament Staffs.
  • Alternative Parking:  Sunnycrest Little League Field (not to be confused with SCP Soccer on Parsonage) is located at 8 Textbook Ave.  It is located around the corner from the Parsonage entrance. You can access the fields which are a short walking distance through a field that connects the complex.
• Moser School Parking Instructions:
  • For GPS users the address for Moser is 10 School St.
  • Please park in one of the 2 lots adjacent to the field.  There should be ample parking at this venue.  

ALTERNATE SITE CLUSTER EAST.  For Saturday and Sunday 1 9v9 and 5 11v11 games will be played here:

• Glastonbury Nayaug School:
  • For GPS users the address for Nayaug is 220 Old Maids Lane, South Glastonbury
